A 12-year-old boy had to have stitches in his leg after falling on to broken glass bottles in a Plymouth park.
The schoolboy was playing football with his brother, dad and grandad in Limetree Park, Peverell, last Friday.
The boy's father, who does not want him to be named, said: "He was playing in goal and dived for the ball, ended up on broken bottles and sustained quite a nasty gash to his leg."He had to have four stitches so we spent Friday night in casualty.
