A teenager has been arrested after an incident which left a man with serious head in juries and a road sealed off by police for more than 12 hours.Devon and Cornwall Police have confirmed that an 18-year-old man was arrested in connection to with an alleged serious assault in the Malpas area of Truro in the early hours of this morning.Police have said that the teenager was in custody awaiting questioning this afternoon.Anyone with any information is asked to call 101, email...
