A Plymouth man is to appear at court later this month to challenge a closure notice on his home.
Devon and Cornwall Police, in conjunction with Plymouth city Council, made the property at 22 George Street subject of a closure notice on Monday, July 17, in accordance with the Antisocial Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 legislation.
