A LORRY driver has been cleared by a jury of killing a cyclist through dangerous driving.
But John Noble, aged 43, could still be jailed after he admitted causing the death of 58-year-old rider Christopher Dennehy on the A38 outside Plymouth.
Experts told his trial he may have only had two seconds to react after the bicycle came into view.
Recorder Donald Tait told the jury after the verdict: "It does demonstrate how life and death can be but seconds apart."
