A MAN and woman had sex together in a park in front of shocked bystanders, a court heard.
Prolific offenders Darren Carter-Moore, aged 27, and 24-year-old Gemma Pinkerton faced magistrates to admit an act outraging public decency.
They committed an indecent act by having sex in front of witnesses in Devonport Park on July 30.
Carter-Moore, whose address was given as Exeter Prison, was brought before the court in custody two days later.
