A PENSIONER accused of sexually assaulting a woman is to face a judge and jury. Anthony Roberts, aged 70, appeared at Plymouth Crown Court to plead not guilty to a single charge. He denied sexually assaulting a woman in June 2009. Judge Paul Darlow set down a two-day trial to start on December 21.
