Armed Forces personnel could take to the streets of Plymouth in the event of a terrorist attack, according to a top secret plan revealed this weekend. A major terrorist attack would trigger the deployment of 5,000 soldiers to protect key sites such as Devonport Naval Base. Two men have been arrested in Plymouth in connection with illegal money lending. The England Illegal Money Lending Team ios now appealing for information to help with teh investigation into loan sharks in the city.
