TAVISTOCK police officers sniffed out a small cannabis growing operation while on patrol. The officers caught a whiff of the pungent plant at around 11am on November 7 at a property in Dolvin Road, Tavistock. They gained entry to the building and in a bedroom found a small tent. Inside they found 12 cannabis plant stems and a quantity of herbal matter being dried out. A 42-year-old man was later cautioned in connection with the cannabis.
