Grzegorz Dabek, aged 28, "disappeared" and failed to keep in touch with his probation officers, Plymouth Crown Court heard. A WOMAN accused of using a knife to threaten revenge is to face a judge and jury. Kaitlyn Burbridge, aged 25, pleaded not guilty to two charges when she appeared at Plymouth Crown Court. Burbridge, of King Street, Stonehouse, denied taking revenge by using a knife to threaten a woman who had assisted in the investigation of an offence. She also denied affray on the same day, July 6. Burbridge is to face a trial on January 4 next year. Judge Paul Darlow remanded her in custody until that hearing.

A teenager has been taken to hospital with an injury to his arm after an attack with a meat cleaver near Plymouth. A 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incdient. Police say an 18-year-old from Looe suffered a cut to his elbow from a "meat-cleaver-type" knife. The incident happened at about 2.30am on Sunday in Fore Street, Looe. A 21-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault and has been released on police bail until January 11.
