A MAN is to face a judge and jury after he denied raping one girl and indecently assaulting another.
Dale Tippett, aged 49, appeared at Plymouth Crown Court to plead not guilty to three counts of raping one child in the city between 1994 and 1996.
Tippett, of Devonport Road, Stoke, also denies three further charges of indecent assault against the second girl between 1999 and 2001.
Judge Ian Lawrie set down a trial to last four days, starting on May 23 next year.
