AN ELDERLY man who has battled for more then two years to be paid for goods sold by an auctioneer has been warned by police he risks being arrested – for harassing the auctioneer.
Jim Freeman, aged 76 said he waved off two van loads of items from his Plympton home in June 2013 after he claims he was told by John Stewart, who ran Ace Auctions, that he would get a good price.
