A PUB manager who used a stun gun to confront a troublemaker has walked free from court after a judge said that sending him to prison would be a victory for the yobs.
Stephen Wilson, aged 26, faced a five-year jail term for having the weapon disguised as a knuckle duster outside the Jolly Miller in Estover.
His barrister told Plymouth Crown Court he had been at his "wits' end" after being constantly threatened by thugs as he tried to clean up the pub.
