A PRISONER accused of murdering a fellow inmate at HMP Dartmoor is due to appear before a judge days before Christmas.
William Tolcher, aged 50, is due to attend Plymouth Crown Court on December 21.
He allegedly stabbed 37-year-old Alexander Cusworth to death in the prison kitchens on November 26.
Cusworth, from Teignmouth, was pronounced dead later that day at Derriford Hospital.
Tolcher has not yet indicated any plea.
