A PROLIFIC offender has told to pack his bag for jail after stealing a woman's handbag.
Ashley Carter-Moore, aged 30, was warned at Plymouth Crown Court that it was "99 per cent" certain he was going behind bars.
Carter-Moore pleaded guilty to stealing the woman's handbag on June 13.
He had denied an alternative offence of burglary – a plea which has been accepted by the Crown Prosecution Service.
The defendant is also accused of breaching the terms of a suspended prison sentence imposed...
