A 14-YEAR-old boy has been rebailed after being arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life. The boy was arrested in June following a large flat fire in Clowance Street, Devonport and released on police bail until July 13 pending further inquiries.A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police today said the 14-year-old had been rebailed until September 7.
