Man ran into street with knife after attack, Plymouth court told

AN ANGRY man ran into the street with a knife after he was attacked on his doorstep by five people, a court heard. Andrew Smith, aged 39, picked up the blade in anger and chased after the men. He then broke the knife in two and threw it aside, Plymouth Crown Court heard. Smith, of North Down Crescent in Keyham, admitted having a bladed article in public on April 4.
