A MAN caught with cannabis worth £15,000 has been jailed for his second offence of drug dealing.
Christopher Collier, aged 23, told police he was looking after 1.5k of cannabis which had been delivered to him packed into two tyres.
Collier was 'babysitting' the stash to settle his own drugs debt, Plymouth Crown Court heard.
He was in breach of a suspended prison sentence imposed last year for dealing cannabis.
