A Plymouth shop manager has offered to resign after a rare bicyle which was shackled to a wooden block and a sink was stolen from a shop window on Plymouth's busiest city centre road.
The Pashley bike, which has no seat, brakes or chain, was part of a display in the window of Bathroom Village in Exeter Street.
Somehow the bike, which was attached to a large wooden block and a basin, was stolen from the shop at the end of Saturday, October 31.
