A ROMANIAN taxi driver says he was threatened and racially abused by a group of drunken passengers who stole his phone, smashed his mirror and tried to climb inside his cab.
The 38-year-old driver, who does not want to be named, picked up six people from outside Crash Manor in Union Street at about 3.40am on Saturday.
