A BOY of 15 who was cruel to chickens killed at a special school is to remain under an interim ASBO injunction until a psychiatric assessment has been carried out.
The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was seen swinging the bird by its neck. One of the conditions of the order could see him arrested if he causes cruelty to any animal in Plymouth.
