POLICE are in need of witnesses after an incident which saw a person attacked, a cyclist nearly knocked off their bike and a car hit by another vehicle.
Officers are investigating the report of assault and dangerous driving following an incident which began in Wilton Street and ended on King Street in the city centre at around 1.30pm on October 10.
