A BRAIN damaged sex offender has been jailed - after he was evicted from his Plymouth home because of welfare cuts.
Christopher Anthony failed to tell police that he was homeless after losing his home in Camperdown Street, Devonport, when his network of support fell victim to cuts.
He moved onto the streets in Plymouth and Exeter and was eventually found unconscious in the street in Woking, Surrey, without having any memory of how he got there.
