A MAN who spent four hours refusing to come down from a roof has appeared in court in Plymouth.
Dale Norman was charged with one count of criminal damage and one count of harrassment.
He appeared before city magistrates following an incident in Torquay on Monday afternoon in which he spent hours on a rooftop refusing pleas to come down.
The 38-year-old, of no fixed abode, appeared in court on Wednesday.
He denied a charge of criminal damage but pleaded guilty to another of harassment.
