A MAN caught with a phone in prison has been jailed for five months after failing to comply with his suspended sentence.
Karl Quirk, aged 41, was arrested on a warrant after he failed to turn up at Plymouth Crown Court.
Quirk, now living at Warren Hill in Torquay, admitted having a phone in Dartmoor Prison on March 4 last year.
He was given a 12-month prison sentence, suspended for two years, in January. He was also ordered to complete a course to test and treat his drug habit.
