POLICE are hunting a convicted Plymouth drug dealer who has turned bail bandit after being given "one final chance" by a city judge.
Samuel Hughes, aged 20, was caught with wraps of heroin, crack cocaine and cannabis in March this year. He faced up to four-and-a-half years in jail after pleading guilty at Plymouth Crown Court on May 1 to two counts of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs, and one count of possession with intent to supply class B drugs.
