A JUDGE has ordered the arrest of a man who was caught with a mobile phone in prison.
Karl Quirk, aged 41, was handed a suspended prison sentence but has since missed two court appearances.
He has also failed to keep in touch with his solicitors, Plymouth Crown Court heard.
Quirk, now living at Warren Hill in Torquay, admitted having a phone in Dartmoor Prison on March 4 last year.
