POLICE are this afternoon questioning a man after a fire in a Plymouth flat last night.
Firefighters have confirmed that the blaze in Whitleigh was started deliberately.
A bedroom in a first floor flat in Budshead Road was destroyed by flames at about 6pm.
The fire is thought to have been started in bedding.
