A MAN accused of assault is to face a judge and jury.
Saul Nicholls, aged 31, appeared at Plymouth Crown Court to plead guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm.
He allegedly attacked Lee Cosgrove in the city on April 26.
Judge Paul Darlow set down a two-day trial to start on December 2.
Nicholls, of Landulph Gardens, Barne Barton, was released on unconditional bail.
