Police are hunting a man with a history of street robbery and drug supply who could be in the Plymouth area.
Merseyside Police want to send Liam Kenny, 20, of Downing Street, Anfield back to prison.
Kenny was released on licence from HMP Altcourse on June 29 where he had been serving a three and a half sentence for street robbery and drugs supply.
