A MAN has appeared in court accused of causing the death of a popular grandmother by dangerous driving.
Daniel Roberts is also charged with speeding on the night 58-year-old Linda Donohue was killed.
Roberts, aged 23, faced Plymouth magistrates charged with causing the death of Mrs Donohue by driving a Honda Civic dangerously on the A386 near Yelverton in November last year.
He also allegedly drove on the road at more than the 60mph speed limit on November 28.
