Two officers from Devon and Cornwall Police have received a bravery award for stopping a chainsaw-wielding man who threatened to cut them in half.
Pc Karl Wood and his colleague Pc Moore were nominated along with officers from forces covering Avon and Somerset, Dorset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire, for the South West region prize at the Police Federation Bravery Awards held in London.
