Fly-tippers have dumped building materials at a beauty spot near Plymouth as it's revealed one district authority spent £37,000 tackling illegal deposits last year.
Police in Ivybridge posted this picture of a dumpy bag of rubbish and broken concrete blocks left at Cadover on their Facebook page on Tuesday, July 11.
