A MAN has been charged with possession of a knife and hard drugs following an incident in North Road West last week.
Police were called to the junction with Bayswater Road at around 3pm on Friday.
A police spokesman said 21-year-old Momoh Bangura had since been charged with possession of knife in a public place and possession of heroin and crack cocaine with intent to supply.
He was due to appear at Plymouth Magistrates' Court.
