CEMETERY managers hunting vandals who have been targeting children's graves at a Devon church have found their culprits – seagulls.
Stuffed toys and ornaments had been disappearing from the graves of babies and children at Paignton Cemetery in Colley End Road.
Other objects had been found broken, ripped apart and strewn around the graveyard in March.
Relatives started a petition and hundreds of concerned people called for better fencing and security measures.
