THE founder of a 'news' website which was shut down after complaints were made against it confirmed he will contest the "harsh" decision, a court heard.
Dee Gibson appeared alongside wife Rachel Gibson at Plymouth Magistrates Court on Friday to confirm they would be appealing the community protection notice (CPN) against the website OPOB, dished out by Plymouth City Council (PCC).
