Armed response officers in Devon and Cornwall will be wearing body worn cameras from today to help fight crime.
The Body Worn Video (BWV) is being issued to 270 Authorised Firearm Officers (AFOs) across the force and Dorset Police.
The roll-out of the cameras follows a successful trial – much of which was carried out on the streets of Plymouth – and public consultation.
