A world record-holding yachtsman from Plymouth who has sailed with some of of the sport's top names has appeared in court to deny a string of fraud charges.
Peter Berry, who has also gone by the name John Keady, pleaded not guilty to seven counts of fraud by misrepresentation at a hearing on Thursday.
The 51-year-old appeared before magistrates in Sussex to face the charges, which relate to allegations dating back to 2012.
