A gift shop owner from Plymouth put his Royal Marines training to good use when he chased a shoplifter on foot from his store while alerting the police on his mobile phone.
Chris Harris, a former Intelligence Officer for the Royal Marines Police based at Stonehouse Barracks, caught up with a known Plymouth offender and his partner 100 yards from his House of Harris store on Faraday Mill.
