Dash cam footage has captured moment a lorry driver made an illegal U-turn in rush-hour traffic at one of Cornwall's busiest roundabouts.
Matthew John Cliff, 29, was filmed on a car dashboard camera that was then shared on social media where the police caught sight of it and then tracked him down, Truro Magistrates' Court heard.
