Piles of household waste dumped on the side of two Plymouth roads are being investigated by the police.
The first was spotted by Torpoint resident, Joanna Szewczyk, who has been travelling to look after her grandmother in Downderry every day.
The big heap of rubbish was blocking her route on a nearby country lane on Wednesday, but unlucky for the perpetrator, a letter had a name printed on it, which was handed to police officers.
