A man charged with murdering his friend is to face a judge and jury in May.
Paul Hayers, aged 35, appeared at Plymouth Crown Court accused of murdering Gary Miller – whose body was found at the defendant's Union Street flat.
Hayers did not enter a plea.
Judge Paul Darlow set down a trial to last between one and two weeks, starting on May 30.
