Homeowners in Plymouth who illegally stream films and television shows could get warning letters from their internet providers next week.
Customers of Virgin Media, BT, TalkTalk and Sky will be the first to receive the letters, which will be sent as part of a pirating crackdown by the government.
The letters will land on the doorsteps of customers thought to have downloaded copyrighted material without proper subscriptions.
