A MAN accused of affray and having a knife in a pub garden is to face a judge and jury.
Jon-Paul Collins, aged 36, appeared at Plymouth Crown Court to plead not guilty to threatening or using violence.
He also denied having a knife outside the Victualling Office Tavern in Cremyll Street, Stonehouse, on April 11.
Collins, of no fixed address, is to stand trial on September 23.
He was released on bail on condition he complies with a nightly curfew at his mother's address in Ford.
