A man has been cleared of raping and indecently assaulting a girl.Ian Mitchelmore, aged 50, went on trial at Plymouth Crown Court accused of offences between 1996 and 2010.He was acquitted by a jury on all charges after a hearing which lasted more than a week.Mitchelmore, of Broadhempston near Totnes, was released from the dock as an innocent man.
