A BANK worker is set to appear at court later this month charged with fraud.
Gerard Brannan, aged 27, of Efford Road, Efford, has been charged with committing fraud by abuse of position between April 28 and July 21 this year in St Budeaux.
He is accused of taking around £61,000 from a bank account.
He is set to appear at Plymouth Magistrates Court on December 30.
