An eccentric loner punched an 83-year-old woman to the ground in a bizarre unprovoked attack, a court heard.Clive Hackett, aged 61, struck the pensioner in the face as she walked a dog in the gardens of sheltered accommodation.The woman had intervened as Hackett, visiting his mother, was involved in a dispute with his sister and brother-in-law.The victim was left with bruises to her face and elbow, Plymouth Crown Court heard.She said in a statement she had been "traumatised and upset"...
