Man accused of 'church murder' to appear in court in Plymouth
A MAN is to appear at Plymouth Crown Court next month charged with the murder of a man in a church building.
Dean Rosser, 48, of Jubilee Close, Dartmouth did not enter a plea when he appeared at Torquay magistrates' court this morning.
He had been charged with the murder of 49-year-old Dartmouth man Colin Edwards.
Rosser was also charged with the possession of cocaine, a Class A drug.

POLICE rescued two lost walkers who were dangerously close to 150ft Dewerstone rocks on Dartmoor last night.
The 20-year-olds had set off on to the moor from Shaugh Prior, on the southern edge of Dartmoor eight miles north-east of Plymouth, at about 5.30pm.
They called Devon and Cornwall Police at 10.20pm to say they were lost. Local officers and the Dartmoor Search and Rescue team were sent to search for the men.

Officers investigating the criminal damage at The Fortescue on Mutley Plain have released CCTV images of a man they want to speak to.
