An autistic man faces jail for hitting someone with a stick and kicking him on the ground.Thomas Buckley, aged 28, seriously injured the man, Plymouth Crown Court heard.He appeared at court for sentence but the case was adjourned pending a report on his condition from his doctor.Buckley, of Taunton Avenue, Whitleigh, pleaded guilty to assaulting John Dimmick causing grievous bodily harm without intent on June 25 last year.Recorder Simon Levene released him on bail until February 24.But he added:...
