A MAN has appeared in court accused of going into a home armed with a metal bar to attack someone.
Jake McTighe, aged 25, faced Plymouth magistrates from the cells accused of aggravated burglary in the city last week.
He allegedly entered a home in Embankment Road while armed with a metal bar on December 3.
McTighe is accused of intending to inflict grievous bodily harm on a person in the building.
He did not enter any plea when he was brought up from the cells.
