A MAN has been cleared of twice raping a woman.
Patryk Manys, aged 38, has been acquitted of all charges after a trial at Plymouth Crown Court.
He had denied raping the complainant twice and sexually assaulting her once at her city home in November last year.
Manys, an upholsterer, claimed that he had been "set up".
A jury of seven men and five women took just over two hours to unanimously find Manys not guilty of all three charges.
